Motivational Monday-Be A ComeBack Kid

I struggle with making good decisions with eating and working out.  I am prone to being a lazy, kick-back kind of gal.

I would much rather sit on my tushy eating popcorn and watching my favorite shows on TV after a long day of dealing with kids and making dinner, cleaning the house, running errands, finishing to do lists, taking Madi to and from school, paying bills, doing laundry…..

You get the picture?

My days are often filled up and sometimes I just don’t want to work out.

GASP!

It is okay to feel that way. But that doesn’t mean you need to act on that feeling. And I will be honest, I have acted on my feelings more than I care to admit.

So I started doing P90X2

I was ready to get back into a solid routine.  I started a challenge group with gals who were wanting to go on this journey with me.

We were ready to become Come Back Kids! And let me tell you, my gals are killing it and totally keeping ME on my toes.

I have been inspired recently by Beachbody’s President, Jon Congdon.  He has been out of commission for the last year due to some health issues but is ready to get back into things and take charge of his health and get in better shape. He will be doing P90X.   If a man who has had surgery and other issues can give up the excuses, then so can I.

Regardless of where you are right now, or where you have come from…YOU CAN DO THIS!

If you don’t feel like you can do P90X but you want to do something…..then let’s find something!
